Steel Wall Art
This collection of decorative whale imagery was commissioned for a house in Kodiak. The large whale petroglyph image at left is four feet tall and features a cutout image of a petroglyph grouping from Afognak Island. The T-braces shown at the bottom serve as both a decorative accent, as well as strength supports against Kodiak’s high winds. The grouping is entirely made from recycled steel. The large whale is from an abandoned REO Speedwagon and the braces were made from a retired fuel tank.
All wall art pieces are painted with a multi-process automotive paint to stand up against the elements. If you are interested in custom steel art, please contact us for a proposal.
